Afternoon all,

I hope you are well.

It's the last episode of Series 2 of Bangers & Cash tonight at 8pm.

So, after the NHS clap, please watch if you can - and I really hope you enjoy sharing the sunshine, the cars and a bit of fun from a simpler time.
Please do share this with your friends - it all helps.

Cheers - and good health.

Its had a good impact at work, 4 guys watch it that I know of, in an office of 20 odd, and that's not through us telling each other.

I hope there is a series 3, more of the same, but different lol.

Whatever subject matter you choose, the approach is bang on.

There HAS to be a series 3 ,to see the GTE return after a makeover.
I'd wager matey isn't going to double his money on it,they're just not worth much.

I'm going to miss this, scant consolation of BS Brewer ,smug Pritchard and Tim n Fuzz.

Yet another tantalising glimpse of the Montreal at the start of tonight's show. Will we ever get to see more?

I noticed the buyer of the Austin 16 had removed the Transit door mirror.

Noticed that as well.

I would have dumped the Renault seats and those full harness belts as well. I can't image those harnesses were installed correctly....especially given they showed two people sitting in the back!

Nice that I can call up my dad in his 90's and he reminds me to watch B&C after the clapping. The old guys who restore them seem such a nice bunch, that guy S1 E5 who sold one and came back with a minor from memory, just hilarious, just seemed so happy.
Love it...best wishes to your dad.

I think all I can do is tempt you sadly. Stunning and rare no doubt, but you need the right buyer to be in room on a specific day. Believe me I was very keen to film and follow that car.

Shed loads of issues to work through at the moment, but same as every business we all are in it to come out the other side - and we are then good to go.

We will be back!

In the intro ,they introduce Derek ,then his sons and Sarah ,not mentioning if or what relation she is.

As you say ,that scene suggested she's with one of the sons.

Going back to the final episode ,I wonder how long it took to auction c280 lots.

That's a lot of gavel wielding.

Sarah is listed on the website as a family friend.

If people remember Paul's wife was in in earlier episode when he took the Bentley GT to show her as he was interested in buying it.
