Cannot remember the last time I seen a Fiesta 1.4S, rare little car.
Capri made strong money as did the Escort which sadly I suspect will end up as a rally car.
I never knew the Austin Healey 100/6 was the best, looked a good usable car however.
Did laugh at that electric thing, got bid to £2500 and he wanted more ended up selling it for £800

That’s happened more than once during this series, putting a lot through again doesn’t seem to attract a higher bidI can think of only one occasion with watching the repeats, that a car went through a couple of months later and got a better bid. Pretty much they usually get bid a lot less.
That Mk1 Zephyr convertible was the one that I remember got bid to only a couple of k below reserve, and the next time, it was about 8k below reserve and he ended up taking the second lower bid.......probably kicking himself to death in the process.

It's not generally considered to be the best big Healey. Poorly designed inlet manifold/head, drum brakes on the front - both addressed by the 3000 Mk1 as well as getting a larger engine. But it seemed to me to be a good price (from the buyer's pov).Penny Whistle said:

I'd already declared I'd buy it for the plate.
Mind you, I'd prefer 986 rather than 686 for ultimate geek-plate points.
He did concede later that maybe someone would have it for the plate.
It occurred to me you could keep the Capri a 1.6 but with a Fiesta Zetec S lump in it for a bit of extra poke. May have been done already. Though I suppose you may as well put an ST170 lump in if you're going to that trouble.

Took a Fiesta 1.4S in last year against a mark one Fiesta Super Sport. It was white with red decals, had two owners and full history from new, 61,000 miles and was immaculate. Priced it at £7,995, expecting to have to reduce it, but I took a deposit within four hours of it going live. I could have sold it a dozen times. I clearly slipped up there but they are a bit modern for me so I didn't know much different, I made a reasonable profit and I was happy.
