The Cooper S was extraordinary and looked like the proverbial basket case, but it can be saved - I know someone who is about half way through restoring an almost identical Mk1 S (same year, colour and spec pretty much) which was in the same condition as this one, without having to reshell it. It's a car he's had his eye on for forty years, he kept tabs on it and eventually persuaded the owner to let him buy it.

It says Thursday April 18th - this year Apr 18th is a Sunday.

The new series was announced on twitter/Facebook, which would seem to be more up to date than their website.

So there seems to be a consensus here (and on 'social media') that by far the best thing about the program was Sarah.

But life moves on and I think the time is right for a 'breakout show' (listening Mumbles Boy?) for her. I'm sure that between us we can arrive at a format, so to start the ball rolling I offer you;

Sarah presents an in-depth documentary of the benefits of medicinal marijuana - "Bangers and Hash"

Sarah shows the viewers what a typical girl's night out is like in Yorkshire - "Bangers on the lash"

If the BBC can get away with showing 'Pooch Perfect' as a prime-time show, well, why not ???
