Battlebots posted some testing of a new floor a few weeks ago. Apart from all the little nicks and unevenness it had before, this is probably the main reason they need one now

Episode 10

Unfortunate this week that a few of the robots were taken out in one hit, or didn't work from the start. Still, the main event and Monsoon vs Valkyrie were good. Chronos vs Copperhead was always going to be a show with the spinner weapons hitting each other.

Great fights all the way through the final, but once it got to the final the result seemed nailed on.

So (winner spoiler inside...) How do you beat a robot like Biteforce?
