Motsi stop shouting! Just please stop.
I can't say that it's bothered me up to now but, yes, she does seem rather loud tonight.

A 4 for Alex from Craig was ridiculous. It was a really technically difficult dance and she didn't nail it by any means by it was so far above a 4 that his mark just looks silly.

Karim was good and Amy looked amazing.

Didn't enjoy Kelvin and Oti much, Saffron was dull, Emma looked good to me (Bar a little mistake) but judges didn't agree, Chris still looks a bit odd dancing and Thad about it.

Pretty average week, perhaps just compared to Blackpool.

Some of the marking was way off again this week. A 4 from Craig when it was a 6 all day long and Emma should have had straight 8s for her dance. Makes me wonder if the judges are watching the same dance as me or have they already made up their mind beforehand.

Well, I can only speak for myself, but I'm no dance expert (and don't claim to be), so my judging criteria is going to be radically different to that of the judges. For me it's going to be whether or not l enjoyed it, rather than how technically proficient it was.

Unless you're a professional dancing judge (maybe you are, I have no idea) then, yes, the judges are probably watching a different dance to you inasmuch as they will have different criteria to you.

Talking of people in the background I think I spotted Dick and Dom acting like, well, dicks actually. Blimey, they're looking a bit older than I remember (still, I think we all are). smile

The hammed up and obviously encouraged booing / jeering from the studio audience is getting a bit embarrasing / tiring tbh.

Mainly the ongoing noise being made / aimed at Craig when he was talking to Karim & Amy about their dance - followed a minute later by the same audience then giving him massive cheers after he handed out a 9.

Hopefully Saffron will go this week. The only one I can’t warm to, and although I try to look at each dance impartially, she looked significantly below all the others,

Thought Craig particularly harsh this week, but that notwithstanding it’s getting very tight regarding who should go but saying that based on Bruno’s wince-inducing vocals, perhaps it’s he more than anyone who should stick to his day job.

Agree. The continual and orchestrated noise, plus the shouting by the over excited judge is getting really annoying.

It ends up as that, yes, but starts out as I stated.

I'll always remember Chris Moyles and Dick (or Dom) playing it in a public library. hehe
