Is £70K all that an award winning restaurant sells for nowadays?
And sells within 3 days of being advertised...
My guess is Nick. Always has the capital for any business purchase, yet by the same token has to run a shed Rover 75.
My money's on that creepy hotel owner who tried it on with Michelle.

OT does that Wonderland guy from "Bread" have planning consent for the street site?
Doesn’t need pp for up to 28 days/year smile

Can someone refresh my memory and remind me how Gary came to "own" the factory site, and who did he "buy" it off?

But he does need permission from highway authority -not to get it would mean the show constituted unlawful obstruction under Section 137 of HIghways Act 1980 . Sorry , a former life just came back to haunt me

Yeah, after I posted it occurred to me there’d be some sort of licence/authorisation required from the HA smile

He's using that loser guy as a front to buy the factory with his loan shark income - laundered money. Presumably he bought the wrecked remains from the previous landlord or the insurance company.. I think Carla was renting the place. Seems unlikely that back-street loan sharking produces that sort of disposable income IMHO.

David Neilson gave another acting masterclass . He really is wasted.

I’m surprised he doesn’t appear in other stuff; maybe he doesn’t want to. He’s the best actor in CS by a country mile.

New role for Michelle when she leaves. Super-Midwife. Anybody who can deliver an immaculate baby with no umbilical cord within seconds gets my vote! hopefully that story is done and dusted as it was getting very boring and unbelievable.

Yes, I thought the baby was rather clean. They didn't need to traumatise it, but they could have pasted him up a little. They remembered to do as much to Michelles hands!

Amazing CPR they did on Roy's brother too. Oh I'll just touch your chest here. Gently does it.

That was quite funny when Roy & Carla trying to talk to Nina, and asked ‘what would whatshisname the brother have done?’, Nina said, ‘Call an ambulance?!’

Then Carla had a smile as that’s something she probably would have said in Nina’s situation.

I did laugh when she said "for once I'm dressed for the occasion" ... but in reality, who really dresses like that ALL THE TIME?

I'm watching Love Actually (I'll hand in me man-card) and noticed that Johnny Connor is PM Hugh Grant's right-hand man.

But - uniquely - Johnny has apparently found the cure for his MS . Sorry to bring it up again but knowing what a pernicious bd that disease is from friends' experience , the scriptwriters should be ashamed of introducing MS as plot device and then conveniently forgetting it. They showed they can handle cancer with huge care and sensitivity - other diseases are available ...

All teenagers go through a black stage, where it's all they wear.

I'm 57 and still in it. Will occasionally break out the dark grey if I'm feeling adventurous.

Factory; ‘packing’. No, still don’t get it.
