Next storyline surely will be eco friendly (greta Thunberg type character) or gambling addiction I reckon. We've had alcohol, cheating, child abuse, homosexuals, lesbians, murders, loan sharking, tram crash, OCD, slavery (totally forgotten now), dodgy builders.
Or a trans person to fill haleys boots (sadly missed).
I thought they had done gambling with Cara having addiction which in true Corrie form miraculously cured itself.
Going back a bit further we had Spider and to a lesser extent Emily with their eco activism, living up a tree on the Red Rec.

They have done almost everything. The only thing I can think they haven't done is someone having a job more than 50m from their front door. Does anyone actually commute on Corrie? The closest I can think of is various teachers they have had having to go all the way to Bessie Street, Deirdre was a town councillor once and the vicar might have a bit of a walk to the church.

Don't forget they never actually meet and go out with anybody unless they live on the street. If they actually had cars they could all throw their car keys in a bowl and pair up based on the result!

Some of them have cars, which are only actually parked in the street when they are getting in or out of them as part of the storyline.

Corrie was ahead of its time then for eco friendly! Watch out for electric vehicles next :-)
There is no one female left who Steve hasn't poked or married really. Fresh blood needed :-)

I've said it before, I imagine the world of Corrie to be like that scene in Dark City where Rufus Sewell reaches the edge of the city and discovers it's just hurtling through space

Had a Zoe in 2015 - Eileen won it, the fact is leccy was never mentioned.

Maybe they can install charging points in the magic car park. No need for any on the street as already stated nobody ever parks there!

OT but I'm watching a repeat of an old Celebrity Juice and Catherine Tyldesley is on.She really does laugh like that. I miss it - and her other assets.

I never saw that. What would Eileen need a car for? She works across the street, literally!

They do tend to get in some interesting cars as props. I think someone there likes to have a bit of fun and rings around some dealers to get something a weird but not impossible for the character to drive. Didn't that creep who owns the bistro drive an old Porsche last week?

Obviously someone will post that pic of Helen Flanaghan washing a Marcos any minute now...

Rosie is a rubbish car washer! Too much soap, No double bucket method and leaving the soap on too long without rinsing properly. Altogether unsatisfactory!!! Nice outfit though, especially the high heels!laughlaughlaugh

What was Chesney doing behind those bushes? scratchchin

Rosie should set up a detailing company, I wonder how much she would charge?

I could watch her at work from behind the curtains nerd
