Ed and Aggie story is dead anyway now
Kirk adds nothing and is only in for comedy value (limited)
Kevin and his garage - what recent story of any interest?
Fizz - likewise, literally no character story or interest since she returned from wherever it was
The teenage bullying story is almost done, get rid of the bully and Shauns lad.
Goth lady in the cafe- her story is done, what does she add to anything
Likewise Billy once Paul has shuffled off at long last.
Todd/Aileen/funeral director add nothing
I could have written that word for word myself. smile

Kirk (imo) is a wage thief, however, it's not really his fault as he never has any meaty storylines other than being the village idiot.

I was on the same cruise as Kirk last year, was amusing to see him around as he is just playing himself. Not much going on there.

Lived next door to Fizz in a flat by Deansgate Locks around 2008/2009 when I graduated from uni and worked in Manc, she's also a proper bore, if anything more interesting in Corrie!

Kate Brooks is back on Corrie as the producer, therefore I wouldn't expect too much of an improvement based on her time on Emmerdale.

I do agree though there needs to be a cull of characters.

There's a week before sentencing for Mason. I think liam and Dylan may be celebrating a bit prematurely.

Is that really a thing - you're found guilty of knife crime, again, off you go and behave yourself while I take a week to figure out what to do with you naughty boy.

I would have expected him to be on remand as it was his second offence and the fact he was intimidating witnesses and the victim.

I'm not 21 any more.

Great photo though, you can see the blue entrance to Weatherfield police station at the bottom of the set.

This.

I'll have to get my old "Free the Weatherfield one" Tee shirt back out if it still fits me,

Here's a question:-

Who do you think is the best "actor" on the cobbles, both male and female?

By that. I mean someone who in real life is nothing like or sounds like their Street personality, because I am sure many of them are just like that off set.

For instance Les Battersby's "Cilla" is actually quite refined in real life.
My sister in law interviewed Kirk once. Apparently, in real life, he's not a bright as his street persona rofl

I suspect the best shout is one of the school kids. Mason for example, probably on the cusp of an Oxbridge place to read astrophysics .

I was going to say how can you have a murder conviction without a body?, but apparently you can but it's very rare.

A lot of people are going to look very foolish if Lauren turns up in a week or so.
