Ethnic sackee again, what a surprise! I hesitate to mention it, but I wonder if anyone else has noticed how often the early stages of the process sees the departure of the ethnic candidates. Happens every year and it's becoming obvious Shugs . Think I'll have to do a bit of research to back this up...
