Well I tried to give You're Fired one more go but couldn't last more than two minutes. Tom Allen really really needs to be on the receiving end of "you're fired". On topic though.. Both of those dinguses should've been fired last night, Lewis was only saved by the requirement for 5 people for the interviews. They were utterly woeful.

Going to be a lot of egg on face here if Lottie wins this. After all the only thing that matters is the business plan. You could be the stand out candidate but if your business plan doesn't hack it you are doomed. All still to play for next week.

Her actual business experience has been, librarian, posing on Instagram with her 3, no 4 friends both that are pretty well covered by many others. She also apparently (info from Somerset Live) "owns her own countryside elite ladies’ members club, which she created to bring isolated women together through activities and outings, such as equestrian events." Which is just another way of saying she organises trips out for her 3, no 4 friends, as seen on Instagram.

If Lottie wins then it will confirm the long-held suspicion that the competition has zero credibility.

To flip the statement on its head, what if the business plan is surprisingly viable with sensible projections, but the person in charge of the business plan has been exposed time and again as a scatter-brained, uncooperative, selfish, bullying charlatan? Is that really the calibre of person Lord Sweetex wants to work with?
