6 Underground: Starring Ryan Reynolds
Discussion
Watched it last night, usually up for brain out nonsense but got bored of this quite quickly. Couldn't have cared less if they all died at the end. RR definitely needed some sharper dialogue. Think I just don't like Bay films, just too OTT.
MIssed the Gin product placement but did see Heinz Ketchup.

To be fair to Netflix, at least here in Holland, they actually put up a notice as the film was starring that it contained product placement.
Same in the UK, which lead me to looking out for it all the way through the film. Reasonable brain-out action film - the bar on these has been raised in recent years, which is why it doesn't feel like it measures up quite so well now (compare with the John Wick films, for example).
Could be summarised as a made for TV action film with a good sized budget, which (given it's on Netflix) is exactly what it was!
Just finished watching this. What an awful film, I hate all this fast editing Bay does and the colours, so so so bright. Can't stand constant slow mo shots either.
I hated the car chase at the start and almost switched off. Once I got past that it was great entertainment.. Melanie Laurent looked good enough to eat.

Just got around to watching this - what a turgid mess of bad editing and pointless slow motion shots. Total garbage.
I know it's bloody great isn't it? It’s a bit low brow but I doubt anyone watched it expecting a complex movie for thinkers.

I know it's bloody great isn't it? A film made for 15 year old boys who's main aspiration in life is to be a character in Grand Theft Auto.
