I haven't, most likely due to never having participating in such competitions. However, a friend of mine once won a watch on Runaround.

Won an album on Piccadilly Radio (Timmy Mallett) - I'd bought it the week before. laugh
Although it was touted on air as 'signed' by the band when it arrived it wasn't actually signed by each band member - someone had just written "Good luck" and the band name presumably because they sign hundreds and couldn't be arsed or the radio station tea boy did it.

In 1955, I won first prize in the "Nursery World" magazine's Childens' Crossword Competition.
It was "The Gilbert Harding Question Book".

Woop de do.

And this Christmas just past, I won a large plastic paper clip in a cracker. And a paper hat. partywoohoobounce

I couldn't contain my excitement!

( It's my age, you know.)
