Made You Look. Art fraud documentary. Interesting, but be prepared to have your sympathy glands severely overworked when you see how upset the De Soles couple, who paid $8.3 million for a 'Rothko', were about having been deceived.
This has been on my list for a few weeks. Looking forward to it.
There's a similar one on wine that's worth a watch, it's quite old so probably covered here already! I'll edit this post if I can remember the name of it...
Sour Grapes I think.

I definitely haven’t seen anything close to that on tv.
The nursing home scene in Happy was pretty close.

Not sure if anyone (including me!) has already mentioned it, but "The Job Lot" was so much funnier than i expected it to be, really worth watching if you get time. Mentioned as it finishes on Netflix at the end of this month.
Few parallels to The Office i suppose, but some real funny bits in it and engaging characters. I was not expecting it to be as good as it is, we are rewatching series 2 onwards now. Worth trying it if youve not seen it.

Superstore.

Very funny, (subtle in places) tales of an American superstore and it's workers, each episode is only around 20 minutes long so it's ideal for dipping in and out of.

i thought it was the opposite. Just for information are you a Mrs Brown Fan?
Absolutely not.
Ive been using superstore as my pre bed brain numb but it had some good episodes sadly the crap ones outnumber them.
Love Cheyenne though

Falling down a South Korean hole (I've spent a lot of time in Seoul, so enjoy seeing it again), I started watching Alice last night - time travel drama. Starts a bit soppy but is actually pretty dark, I like it

Trial by Fire.

Film about a guy accused of killing his kids in a fire.

A reasonable 7/10 from me.

American Graffiti has just dropped.

One of my favourite films and great if you're in the mood for a gentle nostalgic trip with lots of Americana.

To whoever mentioned Ash vs Evil Dead - thank you.

Not sure how I missed this previously but it’s brilliant. Very funny and ridiculously gory. Just started s2.
Just started watching this based on recommendations from this thread. Wow. 4 episodes in and I can't remember the last time I laughed this much, it's so over the top it's glorious.

Just watched the first episode. I'm in rofl

Really enjoyed this.
Still can't quite make up my mind. Was she super stupid, naive or a crook!
I'm wavering towards more bent than the artwork!

Tried it on the strength of the above recommendations, but it's crap. Buffy the Vampire Slayer but with a fraction of the wit, and no pace. All it's got is schlock-gore, and that got old very quick. IMHO.

Great film. Which I'm glad of, as it was my parents' first date, I might not be here if it had been rubbish!

Or maybe it was rubbish, so they found other things to do to amuse themselves rather than watch a film?

My girlfriend is South Korean and although she's not really into SK stuff, we watched Sweet Home on Netflix as it's getting popular back home. I'm not really into zombie/monster stuff so found it a bit boring. So did she. Next on our list is Hot Stove League, a show about baseball? Anyway, I'll report back with my findings.

Love it. i completely understand why people get rid of their DVD collections when there is so much stuff like this on Netflix. On the other hand it migh only be on for awhile and I can watch my DVD whenever I like plus watch all the extras.
