That's Brian from East17 isn't it?

I thought he had set up an indy BMW maintenance place these days?

Many years ago when they were big I was seeing a girl from Chingford and used to see them about quite a bit.
They all had 325 BMW convertibles one with the reg J2SPY. I think the songwriter Mortimer had a bit more about him than the other band members.

Isn’t saying that like handing out a prize for best table manners at a chimps’ tea party?

Some of those who "disappeared" are hiding in plain sight, ready and willing to record a message to you for anything from £5 to £1000.

https://www.cameo.com

https://www.celebvm.com/search?cate=UK

Its interesting to see how much some of them believe they're worth, especially the former reality stars.

Zammo is £15 BTW, if you're clever it could be cheaper to pay him that to talk you through a lock issue in a recorded message than call him out.

Susan Tully is now a Director. She directed the last season of Lone of Duty.

Zamo's a plumber in Ilford.
Michelle Gayle settled down and married Mark Bright, footballer, if my memory serves me right..... The one that used to partner Ian Wright at one time..

Stunning girl.

Edit to add, didn’t realise they’d divorced.

What? Surely Firefly was before Big Bang Theory!? If you haven't seen it it's a cult favourite and Summer gets to kick some ass in the final movie Serenity.
Firefly , only 1 season , started 2002.

Big Bang theory , 2007 >

Don't know which series she appeared in BBT .
She appeared in one episode of Big Bang theory as herself based on her appearance in Sara Connor Chronicles.
And Season 2 of The Unit

Not really - he wrote their songs and was fairly sensible with his royalties. I think he since opened up recording facilities for similar kids in the east end, last I heard, although that was some while back.

I think I watched a documentary on them and they felt cheated he'd got most of the money. One of them had gone back to building/roofing and seemed quite happy.

May have been mentioned in earlier posts but can't be buggered to read 'em all, there's a virus on donchaknow.

Rob Newman. did he just disappear to write that one book, work dried up, no call for floppy haired fops, or became a mormon ?

The other 3 in The Mary Whitehouse seem to have done quite well.

Didn't he go a bit reclusive for a while?

He is still working.

He's gone very political, sadly, IIRC.

I’m sure I saw Susan Tully’s name in the credits for Tin Star too. Incidentally that programme went a bit mental!

Yes, she is now a director and as well as Tin Star, she has directed quite a lot of well known stuff including Line of Duty and Strike, Lethal White.

He has a locksmiths in Wallington called Mentorlock
Does that make him a key worker?

Sort of a combination of the two.

He regularly has series on Radio4. He's not as slapstick as the other member of the Mary White House experience.

Threads like this always remind me of how incredibly long memories can be. I think that's the main reason notoriety of any type seems like a bad, bad idea.
