Paul 'Des' Ballard, who co presented Diggit with Ferne Cotton in the late 90s. His Wikipedia page only goes up to 2003, and has seemingly dropped off the face of the earth.

Pretty sure he sold the rights to 1 of his shows at some point for several million quid so that gives a bit of leeway in spending your life doing what you love really!

I know that the rights to Art Attack were sold internationally. But I don't know about any of his other programmes.
