Jason Statham
My mate has a theory that Statham is never the best part of any film he's in. Hard to argue.
Statham was the best part of Spy

Seagull is a shame as I loved his 80s films when he could actually practice Aikido. Under siege was his best. Although I remember being so upset when he was killed off in the first 20 mins of executive decision.
But after about 99 he fell apart and I would agree with his award.

JCVD is embarrassing nowadays. One of his films was on a couple of nights ago. When you get to the age where you can't move properly anymore (and your face can't move because of botox) , stop making films where you are trying to fight young people!

daniel craig, it's the fact that he thinks he can act which is the problem.

If he understood he's on a par with dolph lundgren it would allow his short comings to be more forgivable
Glad it's not just me that really doesn't enjoy Daniel Craig. Decent enough movies he's just as charasmatic as a bit of wood.

Seagall is up there. Nicholas Cage has enough good films to get a pass from me. He's also energetic enough to make even his ste films half decent, at least he's trying compared to a lot of the ones mentioned in this thread.

now there's a good shout - the only reason I didn't nominate her was (IMO) she was never a 'big' star, that's to say she was always straight to video

Soon as I saw the thread title I thought of Seagal.
Though Nicholas Cage isn't much better, then theres Dolph Lundgren and Van Damme...
In fairness NC has actually won an oscar, you could make an argument for him to be best to worst though! hehe

I don’t think he even gets into the same room as Seagal, sorry!

There’s being in st films and then just being st in films. Lundgren has been fine in good films. Only one director (under siege) has made Seagal not look dreadful. Same with JCVD - nothing much wrong in earlier decent films at all and aside from the ever present box-splits and jumping roundhouse he’s entirely acceptable as an action star to me

I agree with whoever said ‘if I can’t choose Seagal then....’

Seagull is pretty awful, but I can forgive his greasy stness because he's partially amusing. He's never playing the part of the guys being who he currently is: He always used to be something else. A priest. A seal. A cook. Thin. You name it, he used to be it. He also gets a bonus point for random ethnic bead adornment at all times.

The person I just can't abide is Neeson. He's the worst part of that clint film, he ruined star wars, he plays the same crappy ahole in every single film he's in. Seriously, you'd get more emotion out of a plank of teak. He's even worse than Nicholas fking Cage and that's saying something.

Haha that was quite funny, he had a funny scene in Ted 2 also.

On another note how many things is Warwick Davis in, even on Tenable, a contestant will be like "so and so is my fave film" and he'll be like I was in that.

Indeed, his movie career dwarves a lot of other well known actors.

Wasn't Under Siege written for Bruce Willis as Die Hard 3 ? So Seagull kind of lucked into the role, because he could do a reasonable pastiche of Bruce.
