I’ve never felt my clutch to be heavy, as apparently many who drive 997 GT3 and RS cars do. Whether I’m just freakishly well suited to driving position (certainly not hugely strong on leg press!) or I have a good example, I don’t know. Or the clutch is on its last…

How has Tim Rodie Drives Stuff only got 8k subs? I really like his stuff, it's very cimply, but nicely done and he's easy to listen to.

The one with Derek Bell at Goodwood in the McLaren F1 was a nice interview and the visit to Tutthil Porsche looked a lot of fun. Made me think about looking for a rally school over the winter!

Plus, the exhaust both exiting next to each other means you get an accurate sound. Some V8s have a split path exhaust which is a nightmare because you then wind up recording half an engine, essentially.

I found that on the latest Vantage. Nightmare to capture the sound properly due to the aforementioned split and lack of decent places to mount the camera. You can get the camera the right distance away, not too much wind noise, and it's loud enough to drown out said wind too.

Companies can be very dense when it comes to advertising. Remember that us YouTubers have no idea who else has been approached, so when I launch a video and find out several others have done a video on the same day with nearly the same speech advertising a product, it makes us all look like idiots.I've also had words with a few companies because I have felt uncomfortable about who else is selling said product as there are channels out there I don't want any association with, no matter how small.

Surprises me. My 997.1 has a JCR titanium side silencer delete and I'd have guess sounds no louder better. Obviously, I've never seen my car to a WTO flypast and I am making a comparison with a video, albeit nicely recorded one,so I could be way off the mark.Anyway, 991.2 does sound excellent.

Referring back to the case history, Plato vs. Some Tit on Pistonheads, the rules are simple; it can be any type of custard receptacle - packet, tin, carton - but you need a photo of the car, with the custard container placed upon it. Those are the rules, I don't make them up.
