Bit st to see that Rob Ferretti's lady friend Tiara who appeared in quite a few videos was involved in a fatal crash
Rob has just posted a video which is a bloody tough watch.https://youtu.be/0yHS1fxUzbM
It certainly sounds like a promotional deal -
'As Zenvo Automotive’s global expansion plan continues to grow, with both its UK dealer; Centurian Automotive and its European dealer; the MOHR GROUP, both of which were enrolled earlier this year. After a successful summer events season in the UK and EU, Zenvo Automotive continues with its expansion in Europe, looking to North America for its next steps. With one of the largest social media followings globally, Shmee150’s journey with his bespoke TSR-S will further enable Zenvo Automotive in targeting the market in the United States of America and further afield.'

I quite enjoy the Shmee road trips, especially the longer ones across the US. I just can't see them being as interesting in the Zenvo. There's genuine passion there when he's making memories in his own cars, I just can't see it being the same with the Zenvo. Have I missed anything
Guessing 80% talk about Tim and his woman, with some other genuine recommendations thrown in here and there
I’ve only just started flicking through this thread and almost every other post seems to be referring to him. Guessing 80% talk about Tim and his woman, with some other genuine recommendations thrown in here and there
I gave up following most a few years ago but in the past year or so have had my interest peeked again. Other half follows a few and made me watch Car Throttle NC500 the other night (picked up on PH reference). Any others to recommend for U.K. road trips?
I live a few hundred yards from Lenny the Geeeza / Urban and actually think in reality he’s a much nicer person than his online persona. Plus his wife is pretty and his dog cute.

I really enjoy the Urban Automotive weekly stuff. Simon goes into a lot of detail of the planning and design/manufacturing side of things which to me at least, is interesting as it's my job. Lots of banter between him and Lenny too which is fun to watch. I gave up following most a few years ago but in the past year or so have had my interest peeked again. Lots of people strike Urban as just being another crappy bumpers and wheels place, without knowing that it's all designed and manufactured in the UK. Clearly doing well too, constant stream of vehicles in build and massive premises.

Really interesting read, pointless then really
It looks so weird when its going round the corners! As I said before, if I was looking to get a Zenvo it would be the TS1 GT spec car, it is also much faster at 240mph.

James has been out and about in Tim's friends Gunther Werks Porsche 993!
I had not heard of Gunther before, I think I prefer this over a Singer.
Their office is down the road from me so I have seen a few of them out and about including up close. I had not heard of Gunther before, I think I prefer this over a Singer.
They are exceptionally finished, but do somewhat lack the class of a Singer. I've seen the two side by side and think they are both amazing though.
The one I saw the fully exposed black carbon.

I’ve seen that white/grey one at a couple of shows and absolutely love it. I think I’d have to have both it and the Singer, they’re very similar technically but so very different in execution. Luckily most who can’t afford one of them can probably afford both. And I can afford neither They are exceptionally finished, but do somewhat lack the class of a Singer. I think you are correct, I still cannot see him buying it as such he said himself in the last P1 video that to buy a P1 would mean selling cars to balance the books yet only a few weeks later he is buying a 1.5m car.
Cannot see it generating the interest he is hoping for, the car does nothing for me, old school tech with a stupid gimmick rear wing.
Does anybody know if they make the engine or it is made by somebody else?

That's a load of nonsense, most of their stuff comes from China and is re-sold by others who source from China.Stryke said:

But they promote and champion U.K. engineering and manufacturing and that should be celebrated.

How so? They have their own carbon manufacturing plant in the U.K. that makes their bumpers, and they state that 60% of their other parts are made by U.K. manufacturers. They aim to bring everything back to the U.K. soon.

And bought by gangsters, gypsys and influencers… urban cars at the equivalent of a white kid in a fubu shirt. And don’t for one second think I’m ‘white knighting’ or a fanboy - I personally don’t like Simon or Lenny as I’ve had run-ins with both professionally.

What about his online persona makes you think he isn't a nice person? I've always thought he was one of the decent ones to be honest, doesn't use his following to sell stuff left, right and centre, knows what he likes and isn't put off by his vast following telling him he should do otherwise. Comes across to me as just a petrolhead enjoying his job to me.Gassing Station | TV, Film, Video Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
