Total waste of time video update from our good (absent) friend Tim today.
15 minutes of absolutely nothing new whats so ever. "The Shmuseum will have walls and a roof..."
Churning out easy content during quarantine I guess.

The somewhat creepy bullying of 614 wasn't very amusing in the first place and is getting extremely tiresome now.
Yep, I don't get it, absolutely no place for it imo, bizarre behaviour. It's such a tame thread, I also find the hate for some of the Youtubers strange too, just don't watch them?
YouTube viewing should be a fun topic, I only watch what I like.
Harry
Latebrakeshow
Carfection
Number27
Misha/Apex
Zygrene
Soup
Car throttle
Stanceworks
Donut
That's not even all of them, but I enjoy what I watch, I have the luxury of choosing.

Makes sense for him to split that out to a second channel surely, not sure what’s so hilarious. Toaster Pilot said:

HubNut did redeem himself with the Alpine video, after the one of his annoying bird removing the whole light cluster from her Daihatsu to clean behind it after changing a bulb. Curious to see what content will be made with a Citroen C5 HDi

Nice one chaps, glad some of you are enjoying my return to the internet world. Took me a while to find this thread, seems PH has had a shift about
I have turned the adsense back on, setup a patreon, put some mugs for sale on teespring. Trying to make it a fully fledged little earner (who knows, maybe a career one day...)
I need to find myself a book keeper if you have any recommendations (not sure this is the right place, but I often come to PH when I actually need some adult advice, and I know there are a few creators in here, as well as a few self employed people... )
There's a few outfits I've seen online but I just don't really like the look of them. I don't want to get too in deep with accountants as I think I'll probably average around £300 a month (unless I get some big growth!)
I'm pretty sure a lot of the things I want to buy to help me create (cameras, tools, new laptop etc) would fall into the expenses category, helping with tax..
but regardless, you'll be seeing a lot more videos this year (if you want to!)
Cheers
Hint as to who you are on YT?? I have turned the adsense back on, setup a patreon, put some mugs for sale on teespring. Trying to make it a fully fledged little earner (who knows, maybe a career one day...)

TGE... with illegal black and silver plates on a post 1975 car
Yes, his plates are illegal (as his car was registered in 1987), but no, the date isn't 1975, it's 1/1/1980 - if your car was made before that, you can use black & silver plates.I saw an Instagram post from Petrol Ped about the Goodwood RRC Media Day that happened yesterday, and there's Shmee and his Mrs sitting in the middle of it. That 10 day mandatory quarantine (or even the 5 day test-to-release option) since his return from the US has gone quickly...

I get it though, he is willing to degrade himself to that level in order to make money and tap into a market of viewers, and that's fair enough. Although I do wonder if he has something wrong with him in real life.
I often think DMO does the same, hes not stupid and hes tapped into what is an audience of absolute fk whits and is creaming the benefits. In some ways I admire that.
For me personally i have lost a lot of interest in vloggers i use to dip in and out of Shmee, Harrys Garage and even TGE every now and then but i have completely lost interest. I tried to watch Shmee's garage update last night but lasted 2 minutes before i switched over to some other content.
i do still watch Joe Achilies and petrol ped depending on topic but for me i am pretty over the car vlogging YouTube scene.

It hasn't helped anyone's content that there's been no meaningful travel or events for the past year plus the winter season for the few months before the C19 lockdowns, it's been a good 18 months of thumb twiddling.
I was thinking the other day that the channel I've watched the longest without getting bored with is the Mighty Car Mods and I suspect that is down to them being somewhat infrequent with their output plus having a variety of quirky cars to work on.

Harris could have easily stretched that GT3 video to an hour. His, the Carfection and Dan’s PH video really do show how it should be done.
I really enjoyed it also.I also enjoyed TGE and his old Porsche content. No silly phrases and proper cars. The silver 914 in the background looked lovely too.

Impressive how quickly his mileage went up on Day 2 (especially at running in speed!) The Carfection team really know how to edit an exciting video.
