Great day out. The range of cars was just fantastic, and the demographic was spot on - like minded nerds

Great new Barn Find episode today. I won’t give too much away but it’s a tangled web of who owns what and V5 registered keeper vs true owner ......

Good episode, makes you wonder what treasures are hidden away yet to be discovered.

Great stuff - now I'm wondering if whoever buys the Espada sends it off to Iain Tyrrell for the required tlc.... wink

I hadn't thought of that angle, quite possible though would surely come out in the wash now.

I'm not usually a fan of the barn find videos but this one really intrigued. Moreso I think because I learned a lot about them from Harry and his mini restoration.

The kind of car that could probably have been picked up for £20k 20 years ago but will no doubt be worth £500k in 10 years time.

Agreed, bonkers to see a car like that just tucked away, I see the registration is still around.

Interesting to see the original dealer sticker for portman Lamborghini, should make at least £50k I would think.

I can't be alone to think the Calibre has actually aged really well? What a great shape!

Same here, the Cav had our local registration mark on it so even if the barn isn’t that far away, I’d be surprised if the cavalier wasn’t known to someone I know

Respect to the farmer who has the original 1980’s tyres on his tractor!

Someone must know more to the story, that is a distinctive car with a distinctive numberplate.

Just finished watching it and yes, being a 90's Vauxhall man at heart I was probably more interested in that aspect of the video too.

They looked like 17" Mistrals, though couldn't see if they were five stud but if so then from a Vectra ST200 probably which would maybe mean a five stud conversion on the Cavalier given its an LS model - last MOT'd in 2007 as well seemingly.

Either way, probably a few quids worth to the right people... the Cavalier and Calibra looked pretty solid and there's a few quid of bits in that GSi, especially engine and box. Granted not Espada money but still.

Would love to know the story... and it's incredible to think what else is tucked away around the country, I'll bet there's endless stuff in old garages and sheds

Enjoyed the story of the world's fastest street-legal electric car. I didn't know the details and it really shows up what a half arsed attempt the C4 Guy Martin program shown last month made!

I wonder if the military grade, restricted sale, specially imported cells are still in the car.

Will be there too, went to the first one in Kent and it was good to be a car nerd for a bit again so looking forward to this one and seeing how he's improved things. Linking it in with seeing friends in Manchester on the Sunday so it's a weekend away for me!

Good to know a few PHers will be around. I saw yesterday that Jonny has just confirmed the idol chat guest will be Colin Furze. I quite like him and my son really enjoys his videos so that'll help to keep him engaged in the day.
