He’d given a hint on Instagram that the car had an SR20 engine so I was hopeful it was going to be a Pulsar.. when the Primera was revealed I watched something else instead.
I'm not sure how a Datsun Sunny would be more interesting. At least the Primera has some moderately interesting engineering and race pedigree, as discussed by Jonny's special guests in the video.Blib said:

I guess it's part of his output that suits the general consumer rather than car enthusiasts. SUV's, and electric ones at that, really are white goods
Electric's the future, granddad.- something petrol for distances
- something electric for the city
- something with a V8 just because
I just went to gym and back in the V8. I like the soundtrack.

Precisely. I don't understand the tribalism, everything has its place. - something petrol for distances

His latest film is up and it’s one of my favourite under dogs the Primera Gt!
Owner bought it nearly new as an ex demonstrator .
Having done many hundreds of laps on track in Primera gt’s nice to see one on his channel - they do drive far better than you’d guess.
Remember them well, parents had one as a family car. I’m sure btcc influenced the decision. Owner bought it nearly new as an ex demonstrator .

Enjoyed the video.

Shame it cut quickly from trying to get it to run, to blowing it over with some snow foam and loading it on a trailer.
Understandable though when the new owners are going to be doing a YouTube series on its restoration. The buyer seemed like a decent chap and was good on camera. I have subscribed to their channel. https://youtube.com/@Auto_Funk?si=b8pPBm3jo1wz68bg

I don’t mean to be unkind but I simply do not understand people who buy something like that ZR1 and just leave it parked outdoors without even touching it for years. The new owners are lucky that the mice only ate the wiring to the starter.
Couldn't agree more but nowt as queer as folk especially when they've had several similar cars beforehand. "Reading between the lines" I think the owner mentioned his wife had a dog and he got a Volvo to put it in. Moving to the Shetland Isles is big move. Edited by Greg_B on Monday 22 April 03:15
