Not just me then. There's your evidence Doofus.

Now, back on topic...
Just to say, I wasn't looking for, nor did I identify somethig negative. I wasn't inventing a conspiracy, I was jist mak8ng a comment. I've said I enjoyed the show.

Just because you call something trolling doesn't make it so. I haven't called anyone names. Despite being tempted.

And why do farmers bother with sheep? I was only half paying attention when he discussed it but I think he said he only made a couple hundred quid for all of that disgusting effort to keep them.
I don't really understand sheep at all. They survive in places other animals can't, whether baking hot Australian semi deserts full of poisonous spiders or cold wet Scottish islands. Yet in a temperate climate with plenty to eat it's a struggle to keep them alive.
They don't help themselves. My FiL used to let out his paddock to a shepherd and it seemed every few weeks there'd be one that had hanged itself by reaching up into a tree to nibble at something, slipping and wedging its neck in a V-fork in the branches.

TBF 'hatred' is (probably) pushing it. But I was gobsmacked at the traffic and inconsiderate parking, if I was local I think I'd be a little miffed.

I reversed a little to let someone come up and a pissed off local (I assume) in a scabby Passat shot past me, the car behind me and between me and the car I was letting up... didn't seem like a lot (any hehe ) of margin for error. Give that up as a bad idea so went to Chipping Norton for a brunch (and saw a Caleb tractor rumble past)
Ditto! We also pulled over to let someone come through - but the Passat passed us (maybe we were in the car in front/behind you!). We also gave up and went to Chipping Norton for brunch (The Tea Set) and saw Kaleb tractor rumble past!! Some people were taking photos of it, but we weren't quick enough (and were inside the cafe).

We had a geography teacher who was hounded for years due to a field trip with a year or two above us.

Story goes they were sat eating lunch, he threw some sandwich crusts over the cliff edge, and a sheep decided to go lemmings going after it...

I didn't see that. I just noticed the name Kaleb Cooper on the side of the tractor but the person driving it was too high up to really see - it could have been anyone really!

All that hard work to make £140 profit for the entire year. I bet around 50% of farmers would be better off selling all their assets and finding a new career.
99% of farmers would be better selling their assets and finding a new career.

Farming is a lifestyle choice, rather than a route to riches. Even some of the biggest farmers have a mountain of debt to service, no matter how successful they may look on the surface.

"Locals" are rarely happy.

They love the money being brought in and spent though, especially in the sectors most in need of proper recovery post covid.

Yep. The truth is you're born into it. Some stay and some leave. No one actually takes it up as a career choice from outside the industry as it's so horrendously expensive to buy somewhere, and why would you? The only people capable of doing that are rich people as we so often see. They're not rich from farming they're rich from something else and are after a tax writeoff. Many sons and daughters of farmers watch their parents toiling and say sod that for a game of soldiers, who can blame them? It won't make me happy if my offspring decide they want to follow me. I never really wanted to farm but a combination of circumstances meant I kind of got lumbered. I completely appreciate what I've got now I'm getting on a bit (and what a fabulous place to raise children) but it doesn't compensate for the unhappiness and sense of lost opportunity of my younger years.

Jezza is bringing employment to the local area, he said he was employing five people also these visiting tourists will visit local shops, the misconception about Jezza is that he's a gammon, but in fact he's not, in fact most of the locals are gammons and Karens, all miserable, moaning, not in my back-yard gits who think they own the world.

I wouldn't mind visiting to get some of that Bee juice.

I'm beginning to think they've done some sneaky edits of Gerald's rambles. I think they've cut off the beginning of some words and sentences to make it more incomprehensible.

Often, when he's talking, the camera is on Clarkson. I suspect occasionally they've dropped in bits from different converations, too.

Ivw listened to it a couple of times and it's literally incomprehensible mumbo jumbo.

The above would make sense, well more than Gerald.
