Don't know who said sheep are stupid but my Shetlands aren't that's for sure....they don't miss a trick - 3 strands at various heights but mine are in training for the sheep olympics so can jump thru the gaps, go under or jump over but the new 240v on a transformer gives a bigger kick than a 12v battery (don't ask how I know) so they only try it on when really desperate for fresh grass now.
I lied - 4 strands not 3....meet Thor, Odin & Loki DeejRC said:

I thought of this thread today after a call with my wife this pm. I left early doors this morning to come back into England to see some clients, whilst my wife is back in Devon. As I’m regaling her of my adventures traversing up the river Kennet this morning, she was telling me of manhandling Gareth, one of our goats who managed to get himself stuck in a no man’s land between hedges and some post n rail fencing. How he got in was unknown but completely failed to get himself out again.
I almost felt sorry for her. Almost. But as it took me 6hrs to get to Ox this morning after leaving at 5pm, my sympathy was limited

That looks brilliant, get in!!There was a comment about Clarkson's Farm on the Rest is Entertainment podcast this week. Osman and Hyde were talking about how the industry is having to re-evaluate viewing figures, away from 10m views being a success and 5m a failure to one where 4.5m is a really good result, along with some half arsed observations on political voting intentions and what programmes one watches. (Stick to writing books and developing quizzes Richard, data scientist you are not.)
But Osman observed that if Clarkson's Farm were to be broadcast on terrestrial TV, or linear TV as they now call it, it would be the absolute runaway winner hit in viewing figures.
Love or hate Jeremy, he does have the touch.

He certainly does. It's why Top Gear had so many fans who were not car enthusiasts. I'm not a farm enthusiast yet a program about farming is now one of my favorite things on TV.It's not just Jeremy though. The cinematography and editing are a huge part of what makes it so good, as are the supporting "cast".

I may of misheard it but I also swear they said they were stopping doing anymore (after Season 4 I presume)But Osman observed that if Clarkson's Farm were to be broadcast on terrestrial TV, or linear TV as they now call it, it would be the absolute runaway winner hit in viewing figures.
Love or hate Jeremy, he does have the touch.
Is that common knowledge?
