They've sold barely more than 6,000 a year for 9 years, which seems a long way behind many other competitors.
Big coupe market is generally totally dead. Lexus can't move more than 2,000 LC500 total yearly in three versions its made, BMW only sells 8-series in Grand Coupe form in any meaningful numbers. F-type is probably most successful apart from obvious big seller 911.928 GTS said:

F-type is probably most successful apart from obvious big seller 911.It's a Cayman/Boxster rival primarily.
In the US its main competition is the Corvette, and obviously sales wise, that is no competition.
Now it has an extra rival in the Emira and that is likely going be 7k/year before the cheap i4 version has even been on sale.

I'm not a regular viewer, but he said he has three two-seater coupes, and is getting rid of the F-Type because children. So why is the Jaguar the first to go? Is it loved as much as he claims?

Was the F-Type his? He said in one of the GT3 videos that it was the first car he had specced from new, but then I had thought the F-Type was his, and that he was responsible for the spec of that. They've sold barely more than 6,000 a year for 9 years, which seems a long way behind many other competitors.

Mat Watson buying a GT3 RS.
Interesting that Harris was seemingly denied one despite his purchase history. Has Mat had a lot of Porsche's? Bit torn on the Mat Armstrong thing. He might as well have jsut said "Hey, if you buy a laptop in the US for cheaper, then all you need to do is walk through past customs on your return and you dont have to pay import duties because its in your suitcase, right?!

People travel all over the world to give lectures for example but I've never ever heard of any of them registering with the local tax authorities or getting a work visa.

Do you have a link to the channel? Cheers
The title could well have been "Say goodbye to Jaguar forever" they aren't going to survive the transition to electric, they cannot sell enough cars as it is now let alone when electric cars costing so much more money, they don't have the specs, build quality or tech to match the German or Japanese manufactures.

Back in the day most top end downhill bikes were the same price in dollars as pounds. It was cheaper to fly over with a £25 bike from the FreeAds (ages this well) dump it on arrival, walk into bike shop, buy and fly home.
I did exactly that with a Santa Cruz Bullit honda_exige said:
As he's being paid in the UK by YouTube I'm guessing he's OK? Otherwise Shmee is 'working' in the US all the time.

Tim has a VISA I do recall. Giving lectures is also one of the specific exemptions for tourism visas - as is anything trade show related.People travel all over the world to give lectures for example but I've never ever heard of any of them registering with the local tax authorities or getting a work visa.
I wouldn't however be making a song and dance that I've just flouted customs either - as has been pointed out, the method of delivery has no bearing on the tax status of the items, and US customs aren't idiots - they know anything with a Porsche logo on it has a value

It's not like the paperwork, process & fees for import isn't really obvious - assuming all the bits are properly acceptable DOT ones so there wouldn't be any hiccups.
Then again the number for reporting people to US CBP is easily found if anyone felt like it.
How long before some jealous prick does just that? Then again the number for reporting people to US CBP is easily found if anyone felt like it.

No idea, but it's one reason for not only making sure you do it all properly but also that you don't put a load of low hanging fruit in your content that might cause problems.Just keeping your mouth shut a bit removes most of the problem; don't mention importing stuff and no one can stitch you up.

He doesn’t seem the type to have researched the work visa situation very much. Although clearly knows he is avoiding import taxes.
He does need to be careful sadly.
Searched on here for this and couldn't find anything, I've recently spotted 'shetalkscars' on YouTube, actually found her originally on LinkedIn of all places.
She dailies a GR Yaris and has done a review here which I thought was watchable enough.
She mainly seems to review EVs but does have a review of a Caterham and some other stuff on there.

Pretty sure that harris said something along the lines that a GT3RS is a bit too much for every day and its much easier to live with a touring.

Don't watch him but on the face of it that seems an incredibly naive thing to say out loud. Bit torn on the Mat Armstrong thing.
