Is there anything in these videos which people wont pick at?

They said on a podcast recently that they were booted out of the bar at Midnight due to the barmaid having a tag on her and needed to be back at her home or wherever.

If they left to go home/IKEA (as per their video) it was probably lunchtime at very least. That's more than enough time for it to exit their systems.
Its not like most people who drive to their local in villages. Drink all night, drive home and up early the next morning - and yes, this happens all over the country in smaller villages still, visit any small country pub.
All very true, there is a much bigger drink drive problem than portrayed here. But I do agree it's a bit silly to include such implications in a Youtube vid that will get 200/300k views on it.
You should watch the 44 teeth motorbike channel when they do their abroad trips! No idea why they show it as it is not hilarious.
Was just about to post the same but more from the point bikers aren't as anal and enjoy it for what it is.

I watch Adam Smith’s content (old modified fords and Vauxhalls) as a bit of a guilty pleasure, his home built renovations of his Cosworths is inspiring stuff for a lad working out of his own built garage.

He’s been mentioning he’s losing his garage and moving house for a while now and last night he’s come out with a sale video for his three door. Looks like the wife has booted him out.

Genuinely a bit sad for him to be honest!

Agreed, I watch his videos and I thought it was strange that a car nut would be moving to a house without a garage, as soon as he said he was moving in with his parents it all became clear, having been in the same situation.

I admit I am totally out of touch with Cosworth values, but £55K for a car that has been reshelled, painted a different colour and has lots of (admittedly RS500) non standard parts fitted was surprising.

I've been there. sold a very mint 944 turbo for £2700 as I lost my house/garage in a divorce. Looks like he is at least selling at the right end of the appreciation curve!

As he said I guess, he’s priced it below the cheapest on the market and he’s at least open and honest about what the car is-how many more are hiding such stories but sold as “investments”?

Genuine shame about his situation no matter what caused it. Seemed like a lot of young lads living the dream, bought a modest house and did it up how he liked it, had an family and had the cars he always dreamed about.

Now everything is up for sale and he’s living out of his parents spare bedroom. Life throws some curve balls at you along the way I guess.

Been there and have the T Shirt. A few weeks after my 40th birthday and I am suddenly driving to my parents house in my old shed E46 with two bin bags of clothes, an old laptop and a few hundred pounds in the bank.

That was the lowest I have ever been in my life and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I really hope the money from the Sierra allows him to buy his own house and he gets to keep the Escort Cosworth.

To be fair, that wasn't the dodgiest thing in that video - I'm sure riding along in a car on a trailer on a motorway isn't particularly safe or legal.
Did think the same, not big or clever to show them in the video.
I wondered if there was some careful editing in the mix. Not sure why they'd want to imply law breaking, but in the external shots of the car on the trailer, I struggled to see any occupants. Perhaps they weren't in it whilst on the move? Or it might have been permitted under the terms of whatever filming permits they had for the trip.

Also, when we did eventually see Will, he seemed remarkably fresh for someone who had been up all night/morning. I wonder if they missed a day to let him recover.

The latest AA Podcast has some interesting insights to how the business works and the relationship between the channels. Id always thought Rory was a bit of a waste of space, but I can see now that Alex relies on him quite heavily for some of the business operations/ideas (and some of the cash too).

Maybe the missus wasn't so happy with him covering most of the garden with the new garage.... I haven't watched his videos recently but I did enjoy some of his content over the last couple of years, even as a non Cossie fanatic!

The first time the 924 is shown it is obvious that people were inside the car

New twist in the fate of Matt Armstrong's Sue over on Tavarish's channel. It is a parts car....
Watching it now, it's very weird, why not have just got this none driving Rolls in the first place?

I gathered he only got that car from his contact that Matt didnt know but agreed seems like its creating content for the sake of it to get something out.

agreed but it was refreshing to see someone drive tourist sessions not flat out timing but having fun.

Although taking a car that's still broken on / to the ring is stupid.

It’s why I chose not to drive my Cayenne on the ring and hired a car instead. Coincidentally I saw the TDC 911 go on the ring, I was behind them as they went through the gate but didn’t make the cut hehe

I can't imagine any Youtuber likes this thread based on the nonsense that gets posted and doxing of personal information.

I'll shed a tear for them.

Put yourself out in the public domain and then expect people not to talk about them and their content?

Alright then, sounds a lot like cake and eating it.

He's probably read part of the thread, (correctly) realised it's mostly a bunch of rather odd people watching content they don't like so they can argue about it, and moved on with life.

I'm pretty sure every uk youtuber must know about this thread, most have been active at some point, very few come back.

I'm just here for the

We should be so flattered that they care so much about what must be at most 20 or 30 blokes think.
