I think a lot of the street scenes are Newstead Village.

This made the local news on Monday. rolleyes

The amount of 'ducks' is a bit excessive, I've sure we don't actually say it that often...paperbag

Only just started watching this.

I'm finding the cast a distraction.

Are viewers attracted to these dramas because of the big names?

I would much prefer to see some new faces, actors who are looking for a break.

To some extent, yes. Ooh, there's Moxey! Ah, there goes Moxey..

Clunking clichés aside, I'm sticking with it.

It was moved to BBC2 due to Wimbledon. Should be available on iPlayer.

I just think it's good to see some actors who appear to be from working class backgrounds. They are the ones who need to be given a chance. I'm sick of everything on TV and film being dominated by middle/upper class actors and performers

The aforementioned Moxey (Christopher Fairbank) is a proper posh chap.

Are there really many upper class actors? (Or they like Terry Thomas, just acting? hehe)
