I missed Joy Crookes set today, does anyone know how i can find it on iplayer.
Saw quite a bit of her this afternoon and I must say she looked like she was really enjoying being there and connecting with the crowd, I do prefer catching these non mainstream artists rather than watch headliners go through their greatest hits albums yet again.Odd one really, fans go to concerts/ festivals and only really want to hear all the artists old big hits, yet if you went to an arena to watch a comedian you’d come away feeling short changed if they just went through their repertoire from 20 or 30 years ago.
As for Billy last night, was she singing all her tracks live without any backing track help?

Amazing! McCartney sounds like an 80 year old. Thank the lord the crowd knows the songs. Well, some do.
Still, should stimulate sales of the back catalogue which are brilliant. I do love Venus and Mars.
I'm no fan of Macca and whenever I've heard him in recent times he's invariably been out of tune but for an 80 yr old he's doing a fine job here...... although he is slightly helped by the vocals not being prominent in the mixStill, should stimulate sales of the back catalogue which are brilliant. I do love Venus and Mars.

Nobody wants anecdotes.
Not a fan of Macca but he's doing OK for an octogenarian. Although he seems to be as plastic as Dolly Parton.
At least he's stopped dying his hair but yes, he is in tune and most of his songs are very high so, fair play. Not a fan of Macca but he's doing OK for an octogenarian. Although he seems to be as plastic as Dolly Parton.
