Watched it last night on iPlayer.

Oh dear, oh dear. Maybe knowing Antigua fairly well made it worse than usual, but that was absolutely cringeworthy. What utter tosh.

Whoever that bint was that said lets go sell trips at the airport, should have been fired for absolutely stupid suggestions.I know what lets catch the tourists climbing off an 8hr flight & flog them a boat trip for the next day.....yeah right....

Turning up at a deserted beach to sell trips was plain daft. You could have done all of the west coast beaches from English Harbour where they were trying to sell up to Jolly Harbour in a couple of hours & sold all the tickets no problem.

Do they make them say all that cringey st ?

They do seem to go for a type, in fact this years entrants could be the same as last years, Navid has become Gregory for example.

They must do. Most of it never makes any sense and it's cliché on cliché. I've not seen this years one, but I can guess that they're all worthless idiots.

They're clearly encouraged to, but equally they choose the kind of person that quite enjoys it. (barring the usual 2-3 actual contenders)

Nobody is forced to do, say, pterodactyl impersonations in the interview round.

Just be glad that you never have to work with any of them. biggrin

I said that. 100% picked now on looks and character rather than business.

Watched ‘Meet the contestants’, usual cringe fest... & most of those CV’s would have been shredded.
The show proper, was the usual pantomime.
Gregory has already become Karen’s ‘Teachers Pet’.
Can’t even remember the name of the first firing victim.

It’s has become like SCD... An Entertainment programme, rather than anything to be taken seriously.
(But it’s still watchable...just).

PS: Don’t forget to avoid the opening & closing credits... sometimes, it may be bit of a spoiler.

Both teams are massive cariactures of what they think "business" is,

Girls = botox, bodycon dress, heels, industrial-strength makeup.

Boys = Suits, Watches, Pointy Shoes, Pompadour hair.

Claude out for the rest of the series.

Regarding the lips, they look ridiculous but it's a popular thing

The size of the lips is inversely proportional to the size of the brain
