The Apprentice 2023
Discussion
Sir lord Alan to the boys:
You should have negotiated on the price harder, this is business, there’s no such thing as being embarrassed
Also sir lord Alan to the girls:
You started the negotiations too high, you offended him.
The show is absolute bull crap now, how the hell can they set the price they’re selling the tours for the day BEFORE they go to negotiate the price they’re buying them for?
The whole thing is complete and utter dogst.
Can’t wait for next week.

There’s often some detail like that that just sets them up for failure, guess it makes better TV? The whole thing is complete and utter dogst.

I’m always shocked the members of the public who go on these tours, they must know it’s the Apprentice gang with Karen and Claud in tow so why waste a day’s holiday in Antigua bored on a Catamaran?!
Random disclaimer in the end credits…

This annoyed me, mainly because Lord Sugar has given participants grief for low balling and/or starting negotiations low, which has then ‘offended’ the other party …You should have negotiated on the price harder, this is business, there’s no such thing as being embarrassed.

You can’t win. In fact, that should be the slogan for the show!
I’ve watched every season of The Apprentice so far, but my interest is waining. It’s the same for Dragon’s Den too. I’ll more than likely watch, but I’ll be on my phone/laptop as I do …
