We've just watched the final series of Endeavour on ITVX. The only problem we found is that it wouldn't 'resume' when we had to stop viewing part way through an episode. Other than that it was faultless with excellent picture and sound quality.

Ive never understood why ITV dont sort this out its not a patch on BBC
Most of the TV streaming and catch up services has fault ridden apps. I do like Netflix, but the iPlayer is so much better than the usual TV channels.

BBC's websites are also so much better than ITV.
Still though, licence fee, grrr.

I stream everything since my tv aerial stopped working and ITVX is the worst by far, slow buffering, loses the picture, just dreadful really.

In the past I found ITV hub frustrating because it didn't have subtitles. As a work around I thought I would try STV Player as all it needed was a Scottish postcode as part of the registration process. It did have subtitles so I could watch whatever it was at the time.

Moving forward I wanted to watch the series "Redemption" so I gave itvX a try. Subtitles were there and the adverts weren't a problem. By the last episode some of the breaks were none existent, just a pause.

Nothing to do with itvX but I feel there are too many streaming services that require their own subscription.
