I know I've said this before but I am certain I had to to sign a "statement of truth that I had made a full disclosure" when I made disclosure for a Court case..........and him as solicitor would know the legal ramifications of this.

eta the chair is going for him on this.

Perverting the course of Justice I would think?

We have evidence of a conspiracy to do just that - it's why I posted a few minutes ago.

That too.

Covering up and then lying.

It all displays a rank ignorance or carelessness as to what the consequences of their actions might be. And a smug confidence that nobody outside the organisation would ever get to see evidence of this abhorrent behaviour.

It just goes to show that e-mails and other electronic messaging records can and will be taken as evidence in respect of past bad behaviour.

It exposes a repulsive culture.

If this mornings viewing is anything to go by it's going to be good.
How about season 2 The prequel - "Capture"

I am catching up a bit…
But this is incredible.
Both the content - the facts are incredible.
The witness is a fool at best… and does seem incredible as a head of anything. I wonder if the stuff with the document pack is. Deliberate strategy or if he is just going to pieces.

The KC is a genius. He’s a master of the withering remark. The master of the neutral but damning restatement of facts. And best of all… the master of just holding a silence and giving the witness room to keep talking…

If anyone wanted to know why the PO is still operating in the way it always has regarding the inquiry and the SPMs it's because people like Rodric are still in post and will continue to be.

I'd love to see that simpering smirk wiped off his face.

Deliberate to slow the pace down to avoid slipping up (IMO)

It's all an act, make no mistake this is not his usual manner as you can see from his emails, he's a vindictive, condescending bully, trying to make out that he's an incompetent fool that meant no harm.

Not sure he is fooling anyone and let's hope he gets what he deserves.
