Yes it's lying by omission, any honest broker keen on getting to the truth would have immediately given up the information regarding remote access, she was never going to volunteer information that would give a pathway to the truth she was trying to hide.

I wish Beer would push her and make her answer that question but perhaps that's not his job, more Mr Steins wheel house.

The part where Beer asks her "did you reveal that to the High Court, when you gave evidence" and she replies "Don't think I did. He then follows up with " " are there any other emails you forgot about" , is probably as close as he can get to writing "Perjurer" on her forehead.
