I used to think that if they were REALLY bad "actors" then they were real staff, but then I realised that Moose the dog is a better actor than the guy who plays the owner/sales guy.

The nurse who does the kids flu jabs ad MUST be real by that reasoning-more wooden than Brighton pier!

What the hell is that Totallymoney.com advert with the TV football commentator in the couple's bedroom. Looks like it was knocked up in about an hour, after they spanked all their spare cash on the TV bloke's fee. It's absolutely rubbish.

And why is every advert aimed at 30-something women now depicted as a whirlwind party. That new Lexus hybrid advert, for example. It's all a bit cringe.

Further to comments on the Audi send in the clowns ad, I really do wonder who they think the clowns are: twice in the ad we see Audi drivers having to brake sharply to avoid hitting a clown’s car, but in both instances the clowns’ cars clearly have the right of way.

this could be clever trolling by Audi. The thinking 's motor car.

I think it is because of timing of song at the end. It sings 'send in the clowns' then the Audi parks and the song says 'it's ok they're already here'.

The new "Disney World" advert. "We all wish Christmas would start earlier", it says. I don't. Well, only if it gets it over with earlier as well, but it won't, will it?

And is it absolutely necessary for every single car ad to be accompanied by a girl singing an old pop song in an utterly soppy voice? yuck

The new Mercedes advert using "My Silver Lining" by First Aid Kit so soon after Renault used it in their Kadjar advert.

I'm so used to hearing it with a Renault on the screen my head can not compute when I see a Mercedes smile

Quooker tap advert: shows the tap first being used by a woman to fill a pan with boiling water, then her daughter comes over, switches the tap to cold, takes out the tap's flexible hose and drinks straight from it yuck before wiping her mouth with her sleeve eek. How unbecoming and uncouth / council. Maybe that's who Quooker are aiming their product at: the uncouth/council. Hurriedy inserts HIGNFY Ian Hislop 'alledgedly'

Not a stunt I'd fancy trying.

I'm amazed these things are legal. Boiling water from a kitchen tap - what could possibly go wrong???

Well the one in our office seems to go wrong all the time.

Nobody has the chance of getting scalded by it, as the damn thing seems to be forever faulty.
