they've always done that to be fair, and the money advice service, CCA etc recommend that people do start financially preparing for next christmas pretty much right now.

Now whether if i was in that position i'd be using million percent APR sharks like Park, that's a different thing. Literally preying on those that are not too skint, but are too stupid to save.
