Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

Saw it Monday. Was good, but a bit too drawn out. CGI as expected was ace.
Some good subtle humor in there, e.g the giant robots wrecking balls clanging together to simulate testicles.
Lots of robot fighting and of course left open for another one.
Not sure the addition of swearing this time round. The first had none, so was slightly surprised they went down this route for the 2nd.
One thing I did notice, was the fact that there was a British special forces guy involved and a UK flag when they brought the coffins out. Thought it was a nice touch. Maye just coincidence but possibly a hommage to UK and US frendship/alliance fighting terrorism together.
The one thing that did make me snigger like a child was when that little robot was humping Megan's leg, haha!!
All in all I enjoyed it and will be getting DVD when it's out.

Thanks for the picture of a slutty looking female on a motorbike. Slutty/trampy looking does not equal sexy.
Transformers: The Movie was great, orson Welles last film. The Michael Bay stuff could have been so good and wasn't. When they made the decision to make the humans the stars it fell on it's arse. Some of the story in the 2nd doesn't really make sense either. I hope someone with a lil more talent than Bay reboots it in the next few years, like they did with Batman/Hulk.

I mostly agree, I thought the first film was entertaining, but as an avid Transformers fan from the age of about 5 I thought they changed too much of the story for it to be a proper Transformers movie. I didn't like the design of the robots, you couldn't distinguish any real features, they're just a mess of parts jumbled together, and during the fight scenes it's then impossible to tell what's going on.However, it could have been much worse.
Callyman...that picture is *exactly* what I mean. Bay has to pose her like that to make her look hot. Yes she does look hot n sexy in a very formulaic way, but then she walks across screen and its all trying to be a sensationalist pouty "sexy" posed walk.
There is nothing natural about her attempts to be sexy or hot.
Now compare and contrast that with La Jolie just when she is on-screen. She smoulders. In pretty much every scene in any film she is in. That is a woman being naturally sexy, and in my humble she doesnt get any better than in Mr and Mrs Smith when she is just trying to portray a classy but normal wife. Megan Fox though is just a girl trying to be a sexy woman. And fails.

That massive beasty thing on the pyramid hoovering it up, very impressive imo.
I think some people on here take films WAAAAAAY to seriously at times, we really did enjoy it
