Its a dreadful film... but shake and bake!!
It's alright, not a patch on anchorman though. never understood the shake n bake reference, how is that relevant to NASCAR?

Departed approximately 100 times better though...
Obviously 100% agree

But they are completely different movies, one is stupid fun the other is an amazingly well crafted thriller.

Surely there is room for both?

Its better than Blades of Glory but nowhere near Anchorman. Still funny though if you like Will Ferrels absurdity. I enjoyed it. Most Nascar fans understandably hate it. hehe

Superb film, very funny. The humour has obviously whooshed over a few heads here going by many peoples posts.

I think whooshed "under" might be more accurate.

As a film it hit it's target though.

'Driven' on the other hand should be called Drivel instead - that was way off.

Its utter cinematic drivel.

I think I laughed at something in the first 5 minutes, after that it was just utter rubbish.

About as funny as a barrel of dead babies. One of the most puerile, unfunny, forced, tedious, squirm inducing things I have ever seen despite a minor amount of rescue from Sacha Baron Cohen.
To the contrary, I'd have said Sacha Baren Cohen was the least funny I've ever seen him and his character was close to spoiling the film.

Worth watching imho [and Leslie Bibb makes it doubly so]

Oh yes, I agree. Here was me expecting a serious social documentary on NASCAR and instead it was just full of stupid. How about that...
