yes I am taking the night off work.

It would be worth it for Brooker alone.

Brooker and Mitchell are my current favourite TV personalities.
Carr is good too.

This is absolutely essential viewing. I can't wait.

The line up couldn't get much better - but a lot will depend on how well they can perform on the night. It could end up like one of those hopeless telethons where otherwise talented people look vaguely confused and repeat themselves endlessly without actually saying anything.

The ads for it are legendary. Just watching Brooker waving the flag makes me laugh - compulsory viewing that night.

Mitchell is usually very good at impromptu sarcastic ranting which I'm sure will come in handy.
Brooker is usually better with written stuff, but he can be funny.
Carr will almost certainly be using written material.

I think there will be a solid plan to what they're doing, I'm hoping for the best.

Totally agree; really looking forward to this.

For those of us sad enough to be engrossed in the US elections I was fortunate enough to watch Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert's live coverage/commentary on the night and I'm hoping this will match in terms of satire (and belly laughs) smile

Fingers crossed this is good, for me the potential weak link is Carr.

4+1?

It was going to come second to Big Bang Theory but that's an episode I recently saw, so it's Ch4 for me...

Yup, it's just one woman's laugh that's really off-putting. It's funny, but not that funny. Is she drunk?
