the white guy looks like seth rogen and the other is michael pena

but i dont remmeber this scene being in the movie - maybe its a deleted scene? but it definatly fits in the tone of the movie

Was this the film where the main character is bi-polar and looses his job etc because he stops his medication and gets a male dose of mental? Yeah.. funny story line..

..or was that the other incredibly unfunny Mall Cop based film that came out at the same time? Either way, I do remember a police vs. scateboarder scene which was fueled by much illegal drug abuse / mental problems.
