Knowing the PC nature of this country I'm amazed this hasn't been banned, it does look great though.

It's on a "limited release" - basically only arthouse cinemas that smell of joss sticks...

It might be a wait till it's on bluray to avoid "confrontation"

Watched it a HMV Curzon at a 6pm showing and there were 5 people including me in the audience.

told the Mrs I fancied this, she said outright no, she would not go.. very poor taste.. then she saw the trailer, and I think she is warming to the idea...

I saw it on Friday - I cant remember actually laughing out loud so much in the cinema for years - absolutely brilliant film. In typical Chris Morris fashion you find yourself laughing and then feeling slightly uncomfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Saw this yesterday afternoon at the Cineworld in St Evenage so hardly an Arthouse cinema.
Besides me and the wife there were about 15-20 others in the screen.
As for the film: there are quite a few laugh out loud moments, but overall the film didn't quite meet my expectations which were based on the you tube clip (for me probably the funniest part of the film).
It's no "In the Loop" but stil very much worth a watch.

Has the Daily Mirror et al fired up the outrage bandwagon yet? Being a Chris Morris production I would expect lots of people who enjoy being offended feeling very offended indeed. I saw it advertised on the telly, but was put off by the voiceover describing it as this 'year's funniest comedy', which usually means a film is about as funny as a dose of Ebola.

Edit for biffness

Saw it this afternoon- I'd rate it as not more than mildly amusing
