Oh dear.....today, TMZ filed an emergency motion to protect the 'confidential source' who provided to them the video of JD smashing the kitchen up, the day before Ms. Turd filed for the temporary restraining order & divorce....y'know, the video that Ms. Turd stated - under oath - that she didn't give to TMZ.
The motion specifically names Morgan Tremaine - a former TMZ producer - who is on the rebuttal witness list to be called for JD on Wednesday, and even tries to get ahead of what he *might* say, calling it rumor and conjecture, without him having said a word yet

AH will operate along the same lines as Katie Price does here but with a little more thought - not difficult I know.
JD has to get his film career back, although that shouldn’t be too difficult, just accept a lower rate for films for the next 3-4 years.
If I was JD I would be looking at getting AH on perjury charges in the UK. Just the threat of it should be enough….
Every page that’s turned on this one, results in AH looking worse and JD looking better. Is it not time for AH’s wish.com legal team (I love that one!) to say, “this one is going nowhere- How do we get out of this with something close to our reputations intact?”

That kerfuffle at the bench before she testified was Ms. Turds legal team managing to get the judge to rule that asking anything outside of that specific rebuttal stairs question was disallowed, hence the objection at the end. I’m quite sure one of the next questions would have been something like ‘during your relationship, did mr depp ever assault you, or abuse you emotionally or physically’
