Not my normal consumption but I’m sick of reading about covid deaths so I’ve been reading the court transcripts and well it’s bloody captivating.

In my opinion Heard is an absolute crackpot with some very thin stories, it’s a proper shame because it undermines anyone who has ever been abused regardless of their gender.

Depp has loads of independent witnesses such as police, neighbours, security staff of the building he lived in who refute Heard’s version of events. Plus then he has his own staff members. Heard has her sister and friends who are seemingly rather unreliable and I would expect once David Sherborne cross examines them will crumble. I can’t really fathom why NGN have decided to go to court over it.

The transcripts and witness statements can be found here if you’re interested in delving a bit deeper, they tell a very different story to the gutter press as you’d imagine! https://www.nickwallis.com/depp-trial

Seem Heard's team have released the smoking gun that is that Depp once fell asleep holding a pot of Ice Cream.

Well, I'm shocked and appalled.

Best bit for me so far is that he said his accountants/advisors or whatever 'stole' about $650 million (yes, 650 million) from him and he was embarrassed to say he earned that much from the Pirates films.

Or similar, can't find the original snippet.

"It was put to me this way, because I had no idea about money or amounts of money: since Pirates 2 and 3, I had – and this is ludicrous to have to state, it's quite embarrassing – apparently I had made $650 million.

"And when I sacked [the former business managers], for the right reasons, I had not only lost $650 million, but I was $100 million dollars in the hole because they had not paid the government my taxes for 17 years."

Right on the money.

I read something that stated he still made 60 million dollars that year anyway.

st the bed, this trial isn't making either of them look very good. But she does seem like a very nasty piece of work.

Heard comes across as a conniving sociopath. I mean, what kind of person photographs their beloved in a shameful state so they can use it as a weapon when/if their future relationship isn't so rosey and they expect, probably from past experience, some unpleasantness?

Here is a beauty lifted from today’s court transcripts. This is David Sherborne (Depp’s lawyer) asking Amber Heard’s former assistant Kate James.
“...briefly, can you explain why you took exception to what Ms. Heard had said in her fifth witness statement?

A. Because Ms. Heard referred to a conversation we had about me being violently raped at a certain point in Brazil and she used that as her own story.

Q. Ms. James, just a bit slower, otherwise the judge cannot take a note.

A. Sorry. She referred directly to a violent rape that occurred to me 26 years ago, and she twisted it into her own story and she used it for her own use.“

I mean if taking a story someone told you about being raped (at machete point I should add and for hours) isn’t the actions of an absolute sociopath I don’t know what is.

Apparently the press were all moving around in their seats and going a bit mad when this evidence came to light.

Bloody hell its interesting and I might add a nice rest from reading about Covid-19!

He net worth is most recently estimated at £180 million.
