Much has been said about the bar for proving defamation is pretty high, hence he'll likely lose. Presumably because A) that damage done to Mr Depp (career prospects, good name etc) are anything to do with AH's actions/words etc, and B) It can't be proven that AH's op-ed was referring to JD.

Regarding A) I feel that Camille and co have dismantled most of AH's stories, and in some instances proven lies, or at very least tripped her up spectacularly. Regarding B) watch the below from 21.40. 4 separate accusations of JD's violence to her and her sister. At 24.10 AH then states 'that's why I wrote the op-ed / I know how many people will come out and say whatever for him, and will fall to his power'

Is she not saying 'I got in there first, wrote the piece about JD, to get my version in first? (even if it fks him over)

Couple that with all the questions around her credibility and lies, I really think that she's screwed.

And at 25.20, rolling her eyes at a Camille question. Her mask is slipping.

UK court accepts hearsay evidence presented, the US court doesn't. Turd is full of hearsay (lies) plus there's a very interesting connection between the judge, Turd's QC and the Sun posted earlier.

As far as I'm concerned, he is innocent. Many people get drunk and do stupid things.

Completely agreed. AH seems very hard work. He could have smacked her, he was obviously pissed at her. He didn't. In his own words in court he stated 'I assaulted a couple of kitchen cabinets'. Never channeled your own anger AWAY from the person who has made you angry, on to an inanimate object? I have. Better than lashing out at the person.

Camille is Billy Bullstter's worst nightmare. Brain as sharp as anything, clearly a great team to back her up, and every single piece of BS written up, nailed down and cross-referenced with its opposite number. And still human enough that she is very very clearly very very angry underneath the professional surface.

He's not on trial for being a drunk and shouting, slamming doors, he's in court for being called a violent and sexual abuser, much of which is proven to be bks given testimonies and evidence produced in the case.

However in Virginia it is an unwritten rule that jury must be unanimous (all 7) to win, so he may get 6 but 1 isn't sure or doesnt believe.

I think either he will win and get his $7m back or both will lose but in public opinion and in Hollywood, he will be vindicated.
