Desperate, and not going to happen. Besides, if her therapist notes are allowed - which if I remember correctly were inadmissable by the judge because they were classed as heresay - then that opens the door for shedloads of stuff that was excluded that seriously aids JD (stuff that was also excluded from the UK trial as heresay) and also other witnesses that were not permitted.

She's also getting increasingly desperate because her insurance company isn't paying her sizeable legal bill because it was classed as lwillful/malicious' defamation and that isn't covered. Well, that and she is a malignant narcissist who craves the attention and must be right.

But remember, she just wants to be left alone.....

Another one keen on "her truth"

In an Instagram post, the actress said that she came to the decision after "a great deal of deliberation" and that she never "chose this".

The post said: "I defended my truth and in doing so my life as I knew it has been destroyed."

After "a great deal of deliberation" she knew that she was going to lose the appeal. The problem was that her "truth" was completely different to everybody elses.

Allegedly the case is now settled, as he agreed to a reduced $1m dollars which her insurer has paid.

He's then gifted this to charity.

Ultimately in this he's made her look even worse as he's come across as someone quite clearly not vindictive.
