Just seen 127 Hours at the Clapham Picturehouse and really enjoyed it. Well not enjoy it in the normal way, because it was quite gruelling to watch, but it was an interesting film in so many ways - cross between a film and documentary and lots of exciting montages with music. Great film and a gerat safety video to boot.

Yes always tell your mummy before you go off somewhere. wink

I really enjoyed it too and have just been watching this clip of Aron Ralston on YouTube about what he went through.

Be warned, it's not really for the squeamish though. vomit

Yep tell me about it. I was sat next to this Saffer bloke who all biggin' it up to his girlfriend 'like this is a cool movie' and kept turning around to me with a 'you man enough to watch this'-stare .. when he wasn't stuffing his gob with popcorn. Until the bit when Aron finally decides to lop his arm off with a blunt penknife, Casanova boy is now squirming around in his seat, while his girlfriend was looking really pissed off. Me thinks, not really the best 'date' movie, assuming you want some sausage action afterwards.
