Chris Evans - the new Sarah Kennedy?

I was delighted when the truly appalling SK finally disappeared a few months ago, cheering my early drive. I`ve tried to get used to CE, but as a replacement for Wogan I`m now finding him even more irritating than Kennedy. Egomaniac smartarse about sums it up. PS - that kids phone in slot is really creepy......
Now resigned to local radio or R4.
Is it just me?

Is Feltz's slot the same length as Kennedy's? It just seems that the hour and a half goes a lot quicker than it did before.

I really enjoy Chris Evan's show. It's lively and has lots of different things going on like the top tenuous etc. I'm probably closer in age to TW's target audience but always found him ponderous and disjointed.
Horses for courses. It's good that we all like different things.

Evans is a breath of fresh air compared to Moyles who is long past his sell by date. Someone needs to tell him to cut the chat as a lot of it is boring and mindless drivel.

Agree on Evans getting boring, he was fresh and interesting for a start. Switch to local radio now to try and find music, isn't that what radio was for, not chatting. As for Moyles, have always disliked his 'style of broadcasting'. Radio 1 has gone to the dogs. Still tune in to Steve Wright, he's as good as ever.
