Yeah. I've just realised that whilst it is good to watch it early, it's not quite as good with no one to discuss it with!
Spare a thought for those of us on the otherside of the world who have to watch it, go to bed, go to work and then come home to talk about it on here. After reading through 20 pages to make sure you've missed nothing Watching a video on Youtube about some sort of Lamborghini Diablo and in the bottom corner, there's a video with a fkin' MASSIVE spoiler about tonights episode in the title. Thanks youtube for recommending me a GOT video while watching something on cars!
Anyway, rant incoming (this has nothing to do with tonights episode, which I've yet to watch).
Does anyone else think that Dany can't or shouldn't "win"? If this show has any real continuity she actually can't win in my opinion. She's constantly failed, she has next to no control over her dragons which are her greatest assets (and Drogon has shown to be weak against relatively small forces). She can't control 3 cities yet thinks she'll be able to control 7 kingdoms? Also she's consistenly said she would get rid of the "wheel", how has that turned out? She can't expect to rule without the ruling classes. Look what getting rid of the wheel has done to Mereen, Yunkai and Astopor. It's almost like the show is giving her an easier time.
See this is where I think the authors lack of writing ability is beginning to show. Think of all the past usurpers who had backing from big armies, large kingdoms, skilled advisor's, and themselves skilled tacticians and warriors like Rob, Stannis, the Prince of Dorne and Tywin Lannister. They all failed or were killed quite easily. And yet somehow, Dany with 3 soldiers advising her has somehow survived? How is she even supposed to get across the narrow sea after her entire fleet was burnt to the ground (which by the way is another mark against her)? She's even allowed herself to get taken captive again! At this point in time, I honestly think that Sansa has a better chance of ruling Westoros. She's made less mistakes than Dany anyway!
ETA: I'm a show watcher so if she's any different in the books say so!

Your forgetting that Dany was meant to be a secret so Robert didnt go and chase the last of the Targ bloodline and kill it off so no, she wouldnt really have the support she needed. All of the other houses have their history as such and so had support from them.
Some more bits happen in the books that are yet to occur on screen or may not that explain some of your questions, which we could answer for you but might spoil it for you though she does have allies still in Westeros and the books explain who. We have spoken about it above though
