Get a life
So... they want to have a party, in the sunshine, good food, good drink, good times. Friends, family, music and so on.You feel the need to come on an Internet Forum to berate them for having a fun event under the guise of the Wedding.
Who exactly needs to get a life?
Anyone able to actually answer the OPs question as i wouldnt mind knowing too...?

Oooooooookay.
I was about the write "don't give a toss, but thanks for the day off work, I'll be in the mountain somewhere on my bike" but I see the anti-royals have this well covered. Wonder if any of the complainers will elect to work that day in protest...
Anyway google tells me the wedding starts at 11am on the Friday so I suspect major world event aside live feed will be plastered all over the news channels from about Wednesday and BBC1/2 ITV1 and CH4 from about 5am.
Anyway I wont see it becase I'll be up a mountain, North Wales I think.

Coverage will be on all the news channels, BBC1 etc all day! Going down to London for the celebrations, hopefully will restore my faith that the country does still have some patriotic people left in it, lots of Union Flags
Nice one....it will be great day out.Lots of Union Jack stuff at my place also; bunting, hats, table covers, plates etc....plus a 5' x 3' commerative flag flying proud from the flag pole in my garden, plus 2 large screens for live TV coverage and food a drinks a plenty!
Back on topic....I was really wanting to know what time Kate sets off for the Cathedral, and I can then decide on what time our guests should arrive so we don't miss the main event.
Cheers. BB.
I do think its going to be a great atmosphere in london.
no matter how much people berate it - its still going to be making england millions quids worth of business and many many more millions to come *cue the sprogs poppin out*
i dont agree with the monarchy concept but i'm a HUGE supporter of the fact they do bring in ALOT of money into the UK via tourism

Hi guys,I was about the write "don't give a toss, but thanks for the day off work, I'll be in the mountain somewhere on my bike" but I see the anti-royals have this well covered. Wonder if any of the complainers will elect to work that day in protest.
I'm a heterosexual, oh sorry, wrong thread.
Anyway, I'd love to work on that day, not as a protest but because I hate being given these stupid bank holidays & special days off. This wedding will cost me money the same as bank holidays do. I wish they would stop the bank holidays & compulsory wedding days & just let people take a week off at once or take days when they want them.

The wedding starts at 11 o'clock.
Yes I saw the 11am bit, but it's not clear what 'starts' means. For example, I can't imagine Kate is walking down the aisle at 11am?I really wanted to know what time the 'serious stuff' takes place....time she departs for the Cathedral and what time the actual ceremony takes place; I can then sort time for my party guests to arrive etc?
Cheers. BB.
