I think Moonraker drastically needs a remake/reimagining.

A very good James Bond story that was made into a film that shared a few names and the fact there were rockets in it.

Could be very good and tie in well with the latest two or three. How about starting out with M getting killed off by someone from Quantum, leading 007 on a search for revenge/get the killers and finding out about Drax and his missile research in the UK. If it wasnt called moonraker it would probably not even be connected to the old film at all.

This is the sort of thing that could be remade easily and almost needs remaking, a Victorian war of the worlds is another great example of this.

The film Moonraker was so unlike the original book that they had to get the screenwriter Christopher Wood to write a new book called "James Bond and Moonraker."
