So the 2nd day and no ideas?
Im getting scaredyikes
will it be better for us being on the outside of the EU or will we get dragged in? come on chaps!
If you really want a serious response hehe

The biggie in the EU is if there will be what they are calling a transfer union. Which is rather significant as it is (to me) base capitalism with added communism, the strong (Germany) giving money to the weak who are living beyong their natural means. Popcorn on standby for that one.

This country has lots of money, infinite GBP as the BofE has the copyright to GBP and so can create as many as it wants. The issue is having GBP keep some sort of value when that is done.....

A bigger and better question to ask is if for how long the constant growth of capitalism can keep going for without substantial improvements in energy technology...?

I'm pretty tempted to invest in gold... I keep thinking it's going to crash but it just goes up up up.
This leads me to believe it will eventually crash, but it hasn't.

I have about £10K in savings that I don't plan to spend any time soon. It's getting about 3% at the moment.
Yes because buying at the top of the market is always a good idea.....
Gold will increase until such time as investors have confidence to put their money somewhere else. As confidence in everything else is rock bottom currently, the only 'safe' place continues to be gold.

Remember 'Golden Boy' on here 5 years ago.....? Kept telling everyone to buy gold. WHatever happened to him?

If there was a luxury motor yacht section of PH, I'd suggest looking in that direction.
