Or maybe it's a sign that Europe has become too soft and is looking to give people an excuse for their own shortcomings.
"Using such a broad definition of mental health and neurological disorders might artificially inflate the problem, some experts who were not connected to the study said.
"Not all of these people require psychiatric interventions," said Matt Muijen, a mental health expert with World Health Organization's European office in Copenhagen. "The 38 percent is indicative of stress in society, not necessarily psychiatric disorders."
If anything...this is another example of how Europe is fast becoming the 'court jester' of the world. IMO of course. It's only when you go further abroad that you realise what the rest of the world thinks of us at times.

As I said in my OP, my missus finds it hysterical. But then Asia is the place you see all sorts of cripples, hunchbacks etc just getting on and making a living. I'm pretty sure most don't get a blue badge. Imagine the guy who came up with this crap. I wonder what he does on his weekends in his spare time. I wonder if he was stressed when he presented the findings and he couldnt get his laptop to sync with the projector. I wonder if he is a con artist or has never left the education system. What a sad pathetic person.
